Taco Bell - Groton

Whenever I visit this restaurant, I usually go during off-peak hours, around 8:30pm, or occasionally for lunch. It's best to avoid going during the busy dinner rush, as the line can be very long and there's no way out once you're in it. A friend of mine once waited over an hour in the dinner line, so I'd recommend against that. However, the window servers are always friendly and the service is quick. I have no complaints about the food quality - it's decent/good enough for a quick and relatively healthy option, depending on what you order.

The restaurant seems to have given up trying. Despite the doors claiming that the lobby is open until 10:00, it was already closed at 9:45. With about 10 cars in the drive-thru, the staff seemed unable to multitask efficiently. Orders were only taken once the previous car had finished and left, resulting in a long wait time estimated to be an hour. Additionally, all the prices had been increased. After waiting for 15 minutes without even placing an order, I decided to leave. Fast food is not worth such a lengthy and frustrating experience.

The drive-through staff were courteous, but the line was long and the wait was excessively long. The drive-thru is narrow, making it difficult to leave if you change your mind. The prices are fair, but they should consider implementing a rewards program.

It's Taco Bell. ???? MY wife, my kids and myself really love taco bell. However, IF...and only IF you are prepared to gamble with the fact you may be in like for 4 hours (exaggeration) BUT WHEN YOU CANNOT EXIT THE LINE and have two screaming kids in thecar, baby shark has played 2700 times and your daughter keeps asking why they are holding her cheese roll ups of goodnesshostage and you forgot the taco bell line snack....it seems like that long. But it CAN take an EXTREMELY long time with no wayto exit said line. Generally the people are really nice. A lot of times they are excellent and forgetting items and if youforget to check the bag before driving off and the dining room is closed..drive through again or so sad you loose?!

Food was absolute garbage. It's already trash but if I want to eat it, at least warm up my food. A four orders were cold and the soft tacos were hard. No meat and barely anything to even consider a bang for your buck. Never again. The only interestingthing about this place is the drama that happens across the street at the slop motel.
