Like the pretzels, but the person paying me was not nice. I wasn't ready when she had already charged me, we still got more stuff, I think her name it's Aliana C she sends me to wait for the tables Beacuse, the wait was for 15-20min on the cinnamon sticks Nuggets I said no, we beautiful here she just gave the look!!!! She didn't even smile or say thank you,

I went to Aunt Anne today and the service was impeccable. The girl in the register, Ali, was all smiles and very friendly. The other girl, justice, was just as sweet. They were both very close and funny to be around. I will definitely be back!

The manager Ally could be more professional and smile more. She looks like she hates her job and I'm angry. Perhaps customer service is not the kind of work for them.

I can't remember which employee Aunt Anne recommended to me, but I finally have to try it out and I'm more than amazed with her Brezel bites. I was originally insecure when she dipped or not, but when I saw that they had hot salsa cheese gave me the incentive. The pulpits had a pleasantly soft texture and were hot and fresh. I can say that they were recently cooked as it had the melt in your mouth feeling. The cheese sauce is not too spicy for me, but definitely had the taste I was looking for. Simply put, it made a great fast snack.

Came to the mall just to get a pretzel dog. They didn?t have any made and when I asked when they?ll have some the employee said they have 6 orders online so they have to go in order and she doesn?t know. I walked around the mall and on my way back decided to see if they had any. An HOUR later they STILL didn?t have any made but had a bunch of pretzels and pretzel bites available. So disappointed. They are so overpriced too. Don?t waste ur money there.
