Zesty's Frozen Custard Grill

I loved coming to this exact place since I was little.. I believed it today and it was awhile. My Bf and I came here for lunch and got a burger and a side. And a banana malt that is always amazing. I also got our son a grilled cheese and I was unhappy when he was burned. He's not cool. And my burger wasn't the best plus the bacon was burned. So not worth $40. I wish I had gone to Culver? Just for the ice.

Zesty's is one of my favorite small shops. I love watching their aromas of the day and discovering my favorites safely. Even on days when the daily taste is not my cup of tea, I still enjoy some of their regular menu items. I highly recommend it for the La Java Macchiato taste and the banana cream bee (which is also available seasonal as a sunflower.

Girls who took our order was great! She knew exactly what the specials were and explained it when we had a question without asking a bunch of people to find out. Super friendly. Once it was nice to deal with someone who really likes his job!

We want to love this place, but always seem to be disappointed. The salted caramel mixer was WAY too salty (I threw half away and NIE say no to ice cream). My husband got frozen strawberries in his parasol and my daughter's cotton band mixer was not completely mixed. The frits and blue moon mixers were great! Unfortunately, we will not return for a while.

Zesty's is always great. They're the only ice cream/custard shop that rivals Culver's for me. They've got great and classic diner food and they've got great daily flavors for custard. If you've haven't tried them yet absolutely give them a shot!
