Northwinds Restaurant - Goulais River

My family of eleven had a farewell breakfast at this cozy restaurant. The waitress didn't even flinch when our group entered, she was very professional and had a smile on her face the entire time even though she was working solo. The food was delicious and reasonably priced. A hidden gem!

We stopped here on our drive home from Wawa and we weren't disappointed. Great home style cooking and comfort food. Our server was very attentive and personable. Didn't catch her name but she spoke with a French accent. I would definitely recommend a stop at this little gem.

The breakfast food was good and the waitress was attentive and friendly but the meals took almost 30 minutes to be served.

The place was packed but nothing else around so no surprise. There was only one waitress and one cook for two places. We waited 44 minutes for our meal. The double cheeseburger was dry and the special was a chicken caesar wrap. It was mainly romaine lettuce with very little chicken. The fries are delicious but not included in any meal even though they make it sound like it is part of the special. Prices were average.
