It’s rare you get a friendly and diligent person behind the counter.They never answer their phone at this location.Additionally, they always seem short staffed and/or staffed with some people who could not care if a customer was there or not. they’d rather be looking at their phones or have a phone conversion with AirPods in their ear.UPDATE: they remade the quesadilla but incorrectly as they included items I needed omitted so I didn’t even eat the food except parts of the tortilla. The girl behind the counter was nice and offered a free cookie for my troubles. I still stand and along with everyone else who left a review that there are staff here at this location who are ruining this place. I increased from 1 star to 2 star.

I've been avoiding this location because of the poor ratings. Today, however, I accidentally placed an order at this location today instead of my usual location. I was surprised at the clean appearance from outside the store. However, when I entered, there was someone sitting at one of the tables, eating and on his phone. I couldn't tell if he was an employee or not based off his deamenor as he just stared and did not greet me while continuing to drink from his cup.After I got my food. I started consuming the smoothie I ordered. I usually always order the same smoothie. For some reason, the smoothie here had a weird aftertaste that lingers for a long while after drinking.The wrap was actually pretty decent if not for the very wilted lettuce.I just thought I'd add my two cents. I really wanted to give this place a good review because the current reviews seemed a little unfair. Especially since they are next to a Tesla supercharger with a bunch of Karen Tesla owners (I'm also a Tesla owner). However, it seems the reviews are valid about poor customer service and weird food prepping. Now I can avoid this location based on my own experience instead of others'.
Smoothies that you will wish you made your own at home, when I asked the rude Arabic man (who appears to be racist to me and a few black people in the store, if he can put less ice he replied in a very mean way that it will be watery then.... I said can you put a little more kale to make thicker? He said that would be extra in a rude tone. He began to explain to me that the workers cost a lot and they need to charge extra even if only a few pieces of kale, (kale is 1.50 a pound it's obvious he is the owner since why would he care about a handle full of kale. I am amazed that for a 9 dollar smoothie that will cost me 1 or 2 dollars to make at home. The guy is very rude and trying to complain about how much it costs them. Weird experience from a very frustrated old man. Not going back to be treated so bad and be careful as I would not trust this place to grab me a water.
This place sucks. Employees are rude...they viewed us as a hassle. NOT ANOTHER DIME! I'm awaiting the robo response from Tropical Smoothie asking me to tell them more via their webpage...I won't respond to bots.
