Didnt mind paying the higher prices but then orders were both wrong and sour cream was bad (extremely sour). For $55 for one adult meal and one child meal, Id like for everything to be correct and not served bad food. I will not be eating at this location again.

Good customer service the appetizers are Delicious. If you sit in the bar area between 3 p.m. and 7 p.m. Monday through Friday you get appetizers at a discount rate.

This is the only Chili's in Richmond. The service was good, but the food was not what it was years ago. This location struggles to keep a good cook that knows how to cook a steak. I have had numerous occasions that they've severely overcooked my steak. Tonight was my son's. We ordered it med rare and it came out well done. The waitress promptly put a new one in that was correct the second time. I've given up ordering steak here. The salsa was good (addictive) as usual, but the chips were a little oily. I had a gift card that I used up on this visit so it will likely be a while before I think about coming back.

My fiancee and I shared the pick 3 fajitas and it was the bomb! Chili also always has the best drinks. Mason got a tito's punch which was so yum and tasted like pineapple. I got the blueberry pineapple margarita and it was off the chain! Thanks chilis!!
