We had a lovely break in lodge 54. Previous reviews said it was tired looking so we were very surprised when we arrived to see how lovely and very modern it is. Champagne and chocs on arrival for the wife's birthday was also a lovely gesture We had dinner at the bar restaurant where food was fantastic and staff were very friendly. Good afternoon, I arrived back to Ribblesdale Lodges on Friday. This will have been out third visit, 1st visit we stayed chose Chatterley Lodge and our second visit we stayed in the Wentworth lodge which we absolutely loved so we booked this one again. On arrival we were told our lodge was ready and was told we were in the Chatterley lodge this time, no explanation why we were not in the Wentworth lodge !!! When we got to the lodge my partner then decided to get into the hot tub and find it was freezing by this time my patients were running thin and I phoned the reception and made a complaint they did after half a hour agree to move us but by this time the heavens had opened so there was no way i was moving again. At this point I explained we had booked a table for 2 nights in the restaurant and would like compensation for all of what we had been put through and it basically cost us loosing a night in what we had planed to do. There response was they couldn't help as we had booked it through Hoseseasons and would need to take it up with them which I found appalling. Will not be returning !!!!! Fab park for kids of all ages. Plenty to do and in a wonderful place. Location: 5

Been coming here nearly 13 years, this is our come to place at home, we've watched it grow and improve, always say...it's like coming home...we will be back for bonfire night and the weekend, what more can I say, 13 years of going to ribblesdale Park says it all, try it, if you don't enjoy it, don't know what you want, keep up the good work, Lauren and all the staff, see you soon
