De Vita Pizza Bistrot - Genzano di Roma

I often drive past this pizzeria bistro but I have never gone in; last night we ordered two takeaway pizzas, a margherita and a split napoli, and a portion of Neapolitan zeppole. All delicious, the Spananapoli with a border filled with ricotta and meatballs in the middle of the pizza is highly recommended. Highly recommended. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner

I was recently in your restaurant and unfortunately I cannot say I was satisfied. I would like to share some aspects that helped make my visit less enjoyable. Extended waiting time: One of the main challenges was excessive waiting. We were seated for a considerable time before being served, which negatively affected the overall experience. Cold environment: I noticed the temperature inside the restaurant was pretty low. This made it difficult to enjoy the meal comfortably and influenced our stay. Disproportionate account: At the end of the evening, we received the account, which I found disproportionate to the quality of food and service. A more transparent cost would certainly have contributed to a better understanding by customers. In the hospitality of the owner: I noticed a tone and an unwelcome attitude from the owner. A more courteous treatment would certainly improve the atmosphere of the restaurant. Unfortunately not a good experience. We chose this place to greet each other before the Christmas holidays and the evening went on with a long wait for the courses (1 pizza and a portion of fried per head) , we entered at 20.15 to leave at 24,00. Pizza was not bad even if several people complained because they removed early from the oven. Upon arrival of the account there were charged 4 extra menus for people who could not participate in the evening but without providing the consummations from which complaints have arisen. What to say from a relaxing and nice evening as it should have been we will also remember it for this unpleasant drawback.

There are no tournaments because it was booked for 10, there were 8 of us, and the manager also made us pay for the two missing ones!
