Buffalo Wild Wings - Geneva

EAT LITERALLY ANYWHERE ELSE ! My quarter pounder from McDonald’s was better and that should tell you everything you need to know about this location. If I could give 0 stars I would. My wings were cold and my “brisket” nachos had a pinch of brisket on them. I’ve never been to a bad Buffalo Wild Wings until I went to this location.

Our server Maggie was great. The food is not bad, I liked the Bacon Smashed Hatch Chile burger and the Dirty Dubs Tots (the brisket quality was not great, but flavor combo is on point. Nashville Hot is not that hot.

We came here for our son’s birthday dinner tonight because it’s his favorite restaurant. After being seated, we waited at least 15 minutes for a server, but not one person stopped by our table. It wasn’t even busy, which made it more frustrating. My husband saw three waitresses look at our table, but not one came over to help us. One even walked right past us, but turned her head and looked away as she walked by. We ended up walking out with our son in tears because he really wanted Buffalo Wild Wings for his birthday. We definitely won’t be back to this location any time soon.

I really love the Chicken Wings in this spot! Their food here was very delicious and freshly cooked. Their wings here are unique, tasty, and fresh, and the quality is exceptional! We really had a great experience at this place. Their menu is full of amazing offers and all of it is mouth-watering. The chicken wings will literally melt in your mouth, they also offer boneless wings, and all of it is worth trying! You can also order and add some onion rings or fries for the side. I also recommend asking the staff to include some dip on your order. They have the best chicken wings I have ever had. This place is perfect for special events such as birthdays, gatherings, meetings, dates, and others. The customer service is consistently great and awesome. All of their staff here is working so fast, they serve the food on time, and also they always got the right orders. They were so personable and professional. They all know how to treat their customers right. This place is always busy but their staff can still manage the whole place clean, nice, and comfy. The interior is well-decorated and organized, and the ambiance is fantastic. All of their customers found the place very relaxing and enjoyable. No wonder why a lot of them keep visiting this place over and over again. They also have outdoor tables and chairs. This place is now my favorite spot here in this area of Geneva. I would really love to go back again and explore their menu. Buffalo Wild Wings is everything! They are the best! Will surely recommend their place to all of my friends and family. Very dirty, straws and food on floors, sticky tables. Service was horrible, absolutely the worst. The Buffalo cauliflower wings were very good and the strawberry margarita was also made well. When we entered the server looked at us, didn't talk then walked away, then came back and got menus and looked at us again and didn't talk. Then another server apologized. Service was very slow. At the end the server yelled at another server for no reason, walked away and almost crashed into my young daughter. The vibes were very bad, we came to watch a football game but had to deal with a moody person with no social skills. Completely unacceptable, I want a refund. Please improve your hiring process, you are failing miserably.
