Bidrage med feedbackI visited a supplier with a colleague. After successful completion of our meeting, our business partner invited us to dinner. After a short drive we reached the restaurant and found only a parking lot in the parking lot of the house. Operation Behind the entrance door we first came through a hallway and then into the main guest room where several tables were arranged in the middle. A society of about 25 people sat there in excited entertainment. Some other tables were occupied, on others stood “maintained” characters. Our business partner therefore spoke with an operation that was just on the way to another table. Then she showed us a free table and we were there. Shortly afterwards she came back to us and gave us the lunch cards, and she also called us the speciality of the day “Mutti ́s Art” with delicate onion-spoke cream sauce, along with butter potatoes”. Later she came back to our table to pick up the order, the drinks were served shortly afterwards by her colleague. The two young ladies were dressed uniformly black and white and had good to do to offer the well-stocked restaurant. However, it did not come to waiting times or even to disturbances or confusion, despite temporary somewhat higher speeds, the two had everything well under control and always remained friendly and accommodating. The hotel offers classic German cuisine, including wild dishes and fish specialities as well as seasonal dishes. There are five fish dishes in the program, another dish changes daily. My colleague opted for the dish of the day, the already mentioned weeds cauliflower, our business partner and I chose Weisono the “Hamburger Pannfisch, fish fillets fried in the pan with our crocheted roast potatoes in delicious mustard sauce”. It took only a short time until the drinks were brought, and a little later an operation then brought the soup, pumpkin cream soup with a layer of cream fraiche and freshly cut herbs on it. I have already tried various experiments of pumpkin soups, which no longer tasted me or less, but that was quite delicate. After the soups had been eaten, a break took place while the two operators provided the table with the big company in a hurry. Then we have our main courses. The Kohlroulade had an enormous size and was arranged with a good amount of bacon and a Klecks cream on the plate, the potatoes came in a separate bowl. The colleague courageously took up the struggle with the enormous role and was rewarded with hearty, devotional taste. The Pannfisch could also point purely visually, he came into a small cast iron pan, which was presented with the comment: “Preview, very hot!”. Three not even small pieces of fish fillet lay on a pile of roast potatoes, the whole was poured over with abundant grainy mustard sauce. And that was the only weakness in this court: The roasted potatoes, which were perhaps crumb once, were crocheted by the sauce and thus everything else. However, it was good to taste, the fish fillets were well fried and the sauce was very delicious. The size of the part was also very good, it would have been sufficient even without soup and dessert. But there was no mercy after the records of the main course were cleared, we got the dessert after a short break. Decoy in yellow color, taste lemon, with vanilla sauce and roasted almond leaves. Certainly not a culinary highlight, but the recognizable attempt to pick up the synthetic yellow mass. Ambience The decor is already a little “old school”, delicate painted walls and ceilings with purely decorative craft beams before, ceiling lights that are absolutely retro from style and a parquet floor with small-part cubes. The wall lights and some ornaments on the walls reminded of Greek influences, numerous pot plants were distributed in space. The furniture is made of light wood, the chairs have seat and back cushions made of creamy (art) leather. The tables were covered with white fabric tablecloths, brown middle blankets and white table runners. The places were covered with cutlery and paper napkins. Cleanliness The guest room was well maintained and perfectly clean, a small Malheur was immediately removed from the operators. Also with dishes, glasses and cutlery there was no reason to criticize. I didn't visit the toilet and I can't say anything about it.
I ate the lunch table for the second time and the food is really excellent! They taste that everything is freshly prepared and the sauces do not come out of every bag. Unfortunately you get such a good kitchen only rarely and not for such a price! Go!
Food was pointed, also made beautiful for the eye. Operation friendly and ambience cozy. I definitely come back.
