Mcdonald's - Gatlinburg

I went here after school to get my grandson a Happy meal. I ordered a six piece chicken McNugget Happy meal a double cheeseburger no ketchup and a large fry and a McChicken. I waited in the drive-thru for a long time and I just got home to eat my food and my cheeseburger is covered in ketchup My french fries taste like they're left from lunch time and here it is 3:48 p.m.. I did call and talk to the manager and he said he would replace it if I wanted to come back and I said I'm not coming back today. I paid over $21 for food that's not good and am very disappointed .It just seems like every time I come to this restaurant my order is messed up in some way or the food is cold and no good. It's definitely a hit and miss place to eat

Drive thru is convenient and fast. Pricing is a bit higher then the surrounding towns McDonald's because of this one's location in a tourist town.

Food is always made wrong. The food is always cold an the employees are extremely rude. If your gonna have people work in the drive thru, it would be beneficial to ensure they can at least speak English well enough to communicate with the guests. The fact y'all keep raising prices while lowering food quality is mind blowing. The owner needs to fix these issues or sale the franchise to someone who knows how to run a McDonald's. This is both sickening and disgusting while at the same time putting on display the poor attention to guest service and food quality.

Sometimes it's hit and miss- but generally I get hot fresh food and pretty good service. The staff are usually very friendly and helpful and the facilities clean.

This place is horrible, bad attitudes from everyone and they don't get any order correct.
