Alamo Steakhouse - Gatlinburg

We came in for dinner and took us 1 hour wait but the service was fast really good food Andrew is our server and meet our expectations. Everyone is friendly and very nice even they were crazy busy. I definitely recommend this place it's worth forthat wait. And by the way the food came faster than we expected.

Though a tad pricey, you wont walk away hungry. Strawberry daiquiri was sooo good with Cool whip (not whipped topping) Side salads were large with real bacon. Rolls were very soft with cinnamon butter. Hubs had the beef tips w shrimp and I had theprime rib which was cooked exactly as I asked. Our waitress Tonya was so friendly, training another lovely young lady. I likedhow there were separate rooms so the noise was kept to a minimum.

If your okay with waiting at the least 45 minutes to get in at night then the food is pretty good. I have always wanted to come so I was okay with waiting. Portion sizes are fair I don't think anyone was hungry when we left. I went here with my family formy 33rd birthday. My 5 kids loved it there and the staff was very kind and helpful. I know it must be hard working in such ahigh traffic restaurant yet they were so kind. That made my night all the better. It was a cozy places to be on a chilly rainynight.

Great service and good food. Server was excellent and responded quickly. Food came out quickly and hot! Steaks were good and cooked as ordered. Sides and salads were terrific. Definitely consider this for dinner and lunch! Good drink menu and our drinkswere very good. I will be back when in the area.

Our server Cole was fabulous. One of the most attentive and polite servers we?ve had in a while. My husband enjoyed his burger, it was massive! Our salads were good also but unfortunately my steak appetizer that I ordered as a meal was so greasy. I?mincluding a picture to show I?m not exaggerating, it?s a big puddle of grease ???? I will say I didn?t mention it to the staffbecause I didn?t want a whole different dish or to wait. I?m sure they would have replaced it if I had complained.
