Bistrot De L'ossau - Gan

I did good to stop this noon in this Bistrot that inspired me to trust! The boss is super nice and the miam, no less... I no longer remembered that the duck magret could be as tasty, accompanied by homemade fries that for a northern guy like me was almost surprising. A few thin slices of sheep cheese the top, from the morning market to a few steps, a true foundation EN BUY, and well it didn't take any more to promise to return to the next occasion, without fault!

Very good welcome smile and good mood. Copious and delicious dishes. Excellent to recommend.

Always as warm. Even if, it can one day make a cooking error that has never happened or something. I'd trust it anyway. They are people to whom we can speak with sincerity.
