Les Pipelettes Restaurant Bistronomique

We visited Les Pipelettes for dinner. We had 4 courses and wine. Every course was amazing! The staff was super helpful and friendly. The atmosphere is quiet and relaxing. All ingredients are local and in the season. Visit when you are... in Pau!

After my parents had moved to Pau during the arrest, my parents were finally able to visit after almost two years. We randomly picked Les Pipelettes for our last meal before they returned home. What a choice! Each course was raised. I found myself slowly to enjoy every mouth. Something that knows me would be shocked. The ambience was relaxed and beautiful with only sixteen people who can sit. Our host and cook was friendly and helpful to explain every course with warmth and a clear enthusiasm. We'll be back soon.

The hotel is located in a cozy back street...this intimately pleasant “subject” Bistro serves an amazing set menu that rusts from the cook in front of your eyes! 5 courses of delicious food combinations- starter, fish, main dessert! Perfect portions, beautifully presented! Great service!... Great selection of wines through the bottle or glass! Make a very satisfying evening! Thank you.

No choice, only one menu served each day. But the food variety, presentation, taste and quality were outstanding at a fixed price of €36. Mine host provides an excellent level of service, good information on the dishes and the provenance of the food,...and is easy to talk to. Wine choice is not vast but good enough, and wines by the glass are very reasonably priced (unusually). Do not be put off by the rather plain outside of this place it certainly has style in the cooking.

Nous avions essayé a plusieurs reprises le repas du midi, mais cette fois-ci nous avons pu diner le soir avec la formule fixe dégustation à 5 plats. Tous les plats sont extremement recherchés, bien faits et joliment dressés, les entrées en particulier. On sent que tous les ingrédients sont savamment choisis et cuisinés. Excellent service, efficace, courtois. les vins sont de très bonne facture. Seul le déssert me parait un petit peu en retrait.Aves 5 plats, les quantités sont tyout à fait adéquates. Je recommande.
