Chick-fil-a Express - Galveston

The service was really bad I been to a lot of chick-fil-a but this one was the worst time to get the food took 5 minutes just for 1 meal and a sandwich and nuggets and the kitchen was just messing around and the people in front counter where taking my order with such a attitude and the trash can where fill to the top like if not one takes them out just one of the worst chick-fil-a ever

Has to be the worst chick fila in existence. No drive thru, they dont scan the app, no kids meals, limited seating, no parking, limited drink options. Zero

Food is excellent service is excellent it just the wait with all the people in that store. Buy I guess that's a good sign enjoy ?

Came to Galveston for jury duty the day after my birthday, had a reward for free entree, drove all the way down here to find out you can’t use the app, can’t use or accumulate rewards and they don’t have chick-fil-a ice nor a drive thru and the lil 8 piece I got wasn’t as good as many other chickfilas I’ve had. The cashier was super nice other than that this place needs to be called we sell chick-fil-a chicken not chick-fil-a because it’s not chick-fil-a. Never again. 1st and last visit.

Fast, fresh and friendly service! This is right across the street from the sea wall and pleasure pier. We are in with our family of six Friday afternoon.
