Chubb's Sports Bbq - Gallatin

Went a week ago and there was a sign on the door that said closed. So I looked up their Facebook and they are permanently closed. I'm glad I got to enjoy the food the few times I did go.

Servers were super friendly and welcoming. Food was average.

Had a pork chop and a few craft beers while in town on business. A little sticky. Maybe wipe down a little more with soapy water? Otherwise met my expectations. I always prefer local over a chain!

Slowly gone down hill. Consistently short staffed. Food is off from normal. Called for to go order. Response. We don 't have to go containers called couple weeks later. Can 't take to go orders, short staffed Came in few times and place literally empty. 30 mins for food. Came in tonight and apparently it 's poker night and 1 person working. 1...you know things are bad when you only have one person. Sad because this place used be the ****. I give it a another month or so unless someone steps up and takes over. Don 't think they can blame COVID anymore. Either you don 't pay **** or know one wants to work for who ever is in charge.

First time coming. Atmosphere was decent. Pic shows what I got--brisket sandwich with Mac and cheese. A non-alcoholic drink is $4...yes $4. My meal was $15-20 and this is how it came out. Bathroom floor was super sticky and the toilet handle was broken. I expect to find that in a cheap restaurant. After tip, I paid close to $30. Probably won't go back, but everyone seemed happy.
