Fairvue Sapporo Japanese Korean

Very good. Not exactly scenic sushi cuts a few months ago, but it has dramatically improved since then. Will update the rating to a 5 star if it remains good.

If you are Asian like me, this is not a typical Korean restaurant I would like. There?s no pickles or kimchi or buckwheat tea served when you are sitting down looking at menu. They tell me this is middle Tennessee, where it?s untouched by the real world. Well, I wasn?t expected too much. The vibe is good though. Perfect lighting design and nice central bar area. The food tastes more American imho.
