Best pizza dough I’ve ever had! I read an article where this place won #4 best pizza in the nation and I was surprised to see that this was in Maryland close to where I grew up. I arrived at 4:45pm to line up on a Saturday before they opened at 5pm and there was already a lot of people in front of me. We ended up waiting 1.5 hours before we got seated for table of 2. I would never usually wait for a pizza place like this but wow to my surprise the pizza dough was so good! I recently traveled around Italy and I couldn’t find pizza that was better than this place. I can’t wait to come here again but it’s just so difficult to get a table and they don’t do reservations. The ambiance in the restaurant is cozy. They have a nice full bodied red wine that goes well with the pizza! Happy my friends just bought a house really close by so when I visit them I will get this pizza! I wish they opened on Sundays though, would be perfect for football Sunday.

We’ve eaten here a number of times and they never disappoint. The pizza is fantastic, the desserts delicious. I’ve never eaten bad thing here. The staff is always responsive and quick and the owner personally comes to each table to greet his guests. For the food and experience I think it’s extremely well priced! Hands-down Best Pizza in Gaithersburg! Whether you dine in or carry out, be prepared for a wait! This place has consolidated hours and a stellar reputation, so you have to deal with the rush to get your hands on it! Average wait on a weekend evening is an hour to 75 minutes. I will validate the food aI worth the wait. Service is casual yet perfect. Timing is always on point and the people seen never pushy or unkind. Food: 5
