Kfc - Gahanna

Manger got an attitude when I returned my Mac n cheese due to it having not one but two hairs in it. They forgot 2 other things that I ordered. Also could not call due to phone being off the hook.

I haven?t been to this KFC in awhile. Although the building menu are outdated. Staff was friendly food was good. Jessica was the woman that took my order she was very energetic friendly. I recommend you go for the food however 5 stars for theservice.

Great experience here today! The staff did an incredible job getting my large order completed efficiently and everything was correct. The woman at the register was very friendly and knowledgeable. Thanks for a great experience!

I ordered 2 chicken breast and a large coleslaw. That?s after I finally made it through the drive through. As soon as I was given the order, I checked it. I asked for the larger size breast. The girl turned around and I showed her what I was given. Iam SO UNHAPPY WITH THE FOOD the SERVICE After I got home, the chicken slaw were horrible!!!

Ordered lunch during the weekday and was exceptional! The lovely lady working the register, Taqueria I believe, was very friendly, helpful and excellent at her job! The food was cooked to order and was very good! We had a KFC Chicken Sandwich,Chicken Bowl with extra gravy and corn, and biscuits. It was fairly busy during the lunch rush and the staff did a great job ofhandling the drive-thru along with the inside customers. Restaurant was clean as was the outside. Definitely recommend thisKentucky Fried Chicken if you are in the Gahanna, New Albany or Northwest Columbus, Ohio for lunch. A definite 5 Starestablishment for food, service and overall satisfaction!
