Chipotle Mexican Grill - Gahanna

This place is never clean and rarely has orders ready by the pickup time. Every time I order online my food shows up messed up in some way. I swear I ordered a salad tonight and not only was it barely filled, there were beans on the bottom, a THIN layer of lettuce and then more beans, 5 pieces of chicken and then multiple ladles of sour cream. There was half a serving of everything except beans and sour cream. I wanted my ingredients, not bean and cream soup and this location just cannot deliver a good meal most of the time. There are one off times where what I order and pick up is excellent but a lot of the time it's just the most bare bones meal you can imagine

Not a real fan of chipotle. The wanted so we went. We regretted later. The fact the bathroom is right were people line up to get good is bothersome. Anyway. The rice was undercooked this particular day. The staff we cook no complaints there. However the tables eating areas needed some serious cleaning.

I rather drive to the one in Easton or by kohls. This location is nasty. I did pick up and my portions were so small, I got lucky with 4 pieces of steak. Seriously ? How is that a full scoop.

There was over 7 employees I saw. 1 was cooking 1 was serving the customers and there was 5 yelling, running, paying attention to everything but the customers that were in line. Now I know why everyone says go to the one near the
