El Pollo Loco - Fullerton

I usually mobile order from here and my order is ready in about 5 minutes. They are located off Chapman and Placentia ave. next to Sonic. I've tried the chicken nachos and tostada salads and they're consistently good. I also tried the chicken tortilla soup and thought it was a nice healthy alternative to regular fast food items.

Love the food at this placentia EPL/always fresh, but somehow my 4 carnitas tacos are all different. One with mozzarella cheese, one with creamy cilantro sauce, other extra avocado toppings. Innocent employee mistake or employees getting dinner if food is returned??? Costs EPL

Disappointed how we asked for gravy on the side and they put gravy inside. I don't like the gravy all drizzled over my mash potatoes.

I know inflation is affecting us all but when you are charging me for a side of guacamole. At least give me what I paid for this pathetic portion is unjustified. Change your ways before you lose customers

Horrible service closed franchise at 9 and only gave me an option to go drive thru of course I did not go drive and instead took my money else were owners of this franchise should really train their staff better to follow BBB best practices and keep open u til stated hours stamped on door.
