I rang up and to order and I had to eventually walk down as there cudent find what I wanted on the menu to women on the phone was cheeky as well when I got there I tryed showing her with the menu on the table and she told me off for doing it and been cheeky still to me anyway I order and told her I was going to the shop before I payed as I had to go to the cash point so I went back to pick up the food she then just put my order in when I payed she told me to go home and come back in 10 minutes lol anyway got my food and it's not as nice as the last owners ps order again this week and I asked for the price at the end of the phone call and it was £5 over what I payed the last time for the same stuff she told me the prices has went up on evreything so I told her it didn't matter there is no way ppl will pay them prices for food that's not that nice

Food was cold an insulated bag should be used chips were like cardboard cook fresh

We have ordered from here tonight what a waste of £16 very disappointing

Not sure if this is under new management or not but the food has gone down hill, have eaten from here many times without any issues but tonight food was shocking, tasteless, portion sizes reduced and the service of the lady in front of house was rude obnoxious and unfriendly
