Imprevu Cafe - Fribourg

Very popular among students of nearby university and colleges for after-work drinks. Good, although not outstanding foods with VERY reasonable price/value ratio.

Nothing really good from service to food. Except if you take a pizza, made home and also take away.

I have been in Imprevu several times for lunch and dinner, respectively. The pizza is ok, the rest is quite average. The major weakness of Imprevu is the atmosphere in this facility. It appears cold and not very charming. The staff there is more or less nice but not very attentive. They sometimes offer fondue on special occasions. Well, there you can for sure have better ones than here. In all, it is ok for a quick bite at lunch. Reservations are not necessary since it is never really crowded.

Right near Fribourg University (Area Perolles), so it was very convenient for us Ordered a pizza and it was very good. At lunch time, you can order a roast chicken in a basket for only 9.90 CHF, it's really good and cheap! Service was good as well. Atmosphere and decoration is ok, nothing much special about it.

When it was convenient, we went there for a quick lunch that had been preordered. Eating was ok, but 23 Swiss francs for Spaghetti Carbonara plus a side salad that just came out of a can is a bit steep.
