Louie Patriot Place - Foxborough

Absolutely the WORST place to go before the game. Don’t waste your time. Put food in and waited an HOUR. Never got our food had to leave. Completely ruined the experience for me and the family. The Manger? Zero help and zero sympathy. Consider hiring new staff.

Inedible chicken nuggets they’d been frozen since the last ice age I thinkOrdered. $18 burger minus a bun no lettuce, no tomato no ketchip check out the presentationPaid $3 extra for slawNice server though!

Our server was GREAT. Our drinks terrible. Espresso martinis with NO alcohol. Never sent a drink back before this. Sent it back and it still had ZERO alcohol in it.Not our servers fault at all. Save yourself order a beer or wine. Cant mess with the basics.

The server was kind and brought my meal to the handicap spot, but they apparently export calls, and didn’t tell me they couldn’t take the inKind app after the call had been “exported,” until I came to pick up and use a gift card.The burger had some harder chunks (some cartilage or something). It wasn’t as bad as a diner burger, but it wasn’t Bgood, quality ground beef with no hard bits.Lastly, I was given a list of sides that “come with” the order, and coleslaw wasn’t one of them, I chose the Caesar salad, and then was charged $3 extra without being told?!That’s a HUGE issue for me. A company that charges extra without telling the customer?! Nope. Lost my business.And what does it even mean that those sides “come with” if you have to pay extra anyway?.Also…it was $3 for. Few lettuce leaves, as you can see.Don’t export calls to people who can’t handle business or answer questions or properly place and pay for orders!I won’t be back.

Save yourself the trouble. We usually love these places. Food was horrible (unless you get the burger..but even if you do don’t get the fries because they are cold and soggy). Don’t get brunch I didn’t know a place could mess up breakfast. And bonus: we had to send silverware and plates back twice because they were dirty with dried food and hair on them. There are so many other places in patriot place…pick one of those instead.
