One Bistro - Norwood

Great service and although prices have risen significantly since the last time in One Bistro, the quality of food remains excellent. The service was also very good, although the restaurant was crowded.

We joined friends for lunch and it was a great experience. It was our first time at the restaurant. The hostess was warm and welcoming and our server, Arcely, was fantastic. She was right on her game, paid attention to what what we needed and had impeccable timing. We had a lot of catching up to do with our friends and she let us spend a lot of time at the table, no rushing us along which we appreciated. The food was terrific, including the desserts. The vibe in the restaurant also was nice. Highly recommend.

Food and drinks were delicious. We had to wait a bit for our waiter and for our first round of drinks, but after this service was great. Couple of us had the steak frits. It was one of the best I ever had. Pair of others had short ribs and loved them. 5oz Filet Mignon seemed very small and was just okay, but everything else was great. Rolls and bread to begin were delicious. Will definitely go back!

This is our place for 20 years. We were through different chefs, some better than others, but we can always count on an excellent meal. Last night the scallops and 5 ounces of fillet were amazing! The Caesar salad was excellent as the melted cake. The Kalamari was a disappointment. Ww usually got tentacles, very few rings, and they were overcooked. We still enjoyed them, but they were not about what we are used to at any order. I would like to see more variations in the menu. While varied, only a few articles appeal to us, so it would be great to change it a little more. Bring your chicken back! All in all, we will continue to dinate here, and I often recommend it to others and will continue to do it.
