I regularly order here to-go. Today for Mother's Day my family and I went for lunch to dine-in. We ordered and everyone at our table received their food except for me. I waited patiently however my plate never came. The waitress came to check on us to see if we needed anything. I replied yes, my food?. But at this point my family was already half done with theirs so I told her if it was ready and made to pack to go. But if it wasn't even made to disregard the order. She replied they hadn't made it yet so they will take off the check. Not even an apology. Left a bad taste in my mouth. Probably won't return again. For a while or EVER. The truth is that I regularly order takeaway here. For Mother's Day today I went to eat with my family and everyone received their food except me. But just in case I thought maybe they are preparing it. After a while the waitress went to see if everything was okay and I answered my food? At this point my family was already halfway through eating. I told him if it was ready to pack it for me to take away and if it wasn't then he could forget it. He told me that they hadn't started it so he had to remove it from the account. But not an apology or anything. The truth is SO LITTLE. I lost the desire to return here.
