Wingstop - Fort Worth

This visit was so upset that I went out of my way to write my first criticism. I knew the national championship game was so expected today that it was busy, but not at the level I went. This place was so behind orders that they called the names of people who have already left because they wait too long. Bags stacked everywhere and a terrible waste water as smell made waiting unbearable. I asked the cashier limit for an update after half an hour and I watched how it moved my ticket from behind 3/4 of the line forward. It was painfully obvious that I was lied when I said that my order was not ready, and it would only take 15 more minutes. It was clear that I wanted to wait there for another hour up to half an hour. I know it was a really busy day, but that doesn't excuse how incompetent this place is when it comes to communication and organization. When it comes to a holiday or a big day of sports, it is better to drive somewhere else.

Great food lost a star for the obscene hip hop that was blown by the kitchen staff with a dining room full of families food: 4/5

Wings are pretty good but this location is a bit pricey. The staff is extremely friendly though

The wings are usually good here, the only downside to this location is that it gets extremely busy, and even with a lot of people working, it takes forever to get your food.

Always a issue with them, corn was super dry and fries over seasoned when I specifically put light seasoning, smh ordered within time still waited 20 mins for my food, really unorganized as well as cashiers just sipping on their cups at the registers
