Wingstop - Fort Worth

I work at a hospital nearby and ordered a late night meal for the rest of the team to eat on our only break. We had an entire meal ready for us, only to be disappointed by a completely wrong order. None of the team members had anything of their order to eat. None.The manager refused to give a refund for a completely wrong order even after contacting Wingstop support. Expected for us to save the Wingstop meal until the following morning and to bring it to the store immediately at 11 AM (when the store opens) for the refund and was quite rude about it… I have my honest feedback that this is unrealistic for any customer to do, especially one who just worked a 12+ hour night shift. They are expecting me to get off of work at 7 AM and go to the store at 11 AM with an untouched meal to prove that it was incorrect.. just give us the refund for you and your team’s mistake.

I had preordered on the phone they told 20 minutes until my order was ready…when o got there it was still not ready I still had to wait other 20 minutes…but when I got home my order was stilll wrong missing a lot of items when I came back to the store they try give me a hard time about it so with that being said make sure when you come to wing stop on 8th make sure you double check your order

By far one of the worst restaurants I’ve ever been to. The staff is completely rude unprofessional seems like no training is given. They have their friends hanging out up here cussing acting out in front of the customers along with just letting whoever walked behind the counter. No communication on what’s going on at all. Health and safety concerns as soon as you walk in. No owner availability or management. A bunch of kids running the place.

I am not sure if she was the same person I spoke with when I entered the restaurant. She couldn't locate my order, was very impolite, and my food was not cooked properly. I had to insist that I had paid for all the items in my order. Eventually, they remade my order but left out some items. However, they did a good job with my steak and chicken dishes.

I dislike that my wings were boiled and my fries were cold. I will not be coming back to this restaurant again, but that is probably what they prefer.
