Clean, food came quick you need a code for the bathroom staff was great
Thinking I would save time, I placed a curbside pickup order through the app. The app said the order would be ready in 7 10 minutes. I waited for the 10 minutes. and nothing came out. I waited for a total of 20 minutes and nothing came out, so I called the restaurant. A man picked up the phone and I told him that I was waiting for my curbside order. He told me to hold on, and put the phone down; he didn 't put me on hold, so I could hear the staff joking around with with each other. A couple minutes later, a woman answered the phone and I told her the situation. I gave her my name, and she said, okay Miss, we 'll bag up your order and be right out with it. I waited 8 more minutes, and nothing came out, so I called again. No one answered the phone. I ended up waiting over 30 minutes with no food. I left because I was getting upset and it was getting late I had a 2.5 hour drive ahead of me. I emailed corporate and I will contact my credit card company to have them credit the charge. This was a very disappointing experience.
Came to this location for the first time and we’re surprised by the prompt and friendly service! We live closer to E Berry location but will definitely be back to this one for all future visits!
Too bad, Peter was leaving when we arrived or our order would've been right. That's is all cause the one Loop 820 has rude employees incorrect orders.
