Whataburger - Fort Worth

The whole entire staff looks like they don?t care about anything they?re doing. Just a tip, they might as well look for another job that they actually would put care into. I get it it?s fast food but have definitely seen people with way better attitudes atfast food places.

I ordered online, my order was really hot when I got there. Customer service was also good. Food: 5/5

I drive yesterday at 9 a.m. and this is my second time that the restaurant was closed, I pulled the door and nothing was not a sign at the door, so I don't know what happens, since the reconstruction is always something catching on fire and people just park and ready to enjoy and doors closed with no warning hope do better atmosphere: 1/5

I wanted to see the Toadies at Billy Bob. After stop at Whataburger to use the toilet room and take a drink for the street. I suffer from Sciatica and had packed in the last days in my mother's house. A little chocolate malt and bought a big coke for my husband. The Sciatica makes it hard to bend or move the hips. When entering the car, the long straw strikes the door jamb up because of not being able to move my his or her curve at the waist. The straw went to the ground and before I could stop it, my half malt was on the ground. That was my only food. My friend went to the store to get another cup and asked her to fill it again. They put another cup and said it was on me that the straw pierced the cup. The straw caused a round for about 2 inches in diameter because they are so long and large. Don't go to this place anymore. They were rude and gave a bad service everywhere and gave no reception. Would you have been bankrupt to fill the Shakes halfway?

Perla's customer service at Whataburger was AMAZING! I ate at Whataburger yesterday and loved it! Later, my twin brother and I ate somewhere else, and their food/customer service turned me into a frog... My twin brother had to take me back to Whataburger to get another burger and have a great customer service. And now... Because of the great burgers, and great customer service of Perla... I am back to me and able to leave a survey/review for you at Whataburger. Thank you and I'll be back soon.
