Wendy's - Fort Worth

My mother loves the apple pecan salad here. I had tried her a closer position at home and they always said they were from the salad. I came to this place three times a week and they had their salad every time. I've made this my go-to place for her salad ever since.

Bad day. Waited standing at register for 13 mins before lady said anything. Guy behind us asked lady how much longer, and she said she wasn't sure. 2 cars in drive thru when got there. Couple Infront of us waiting on ordered food. 5 employees working.

The card reader was broken and they refused cash because they couldn't break my bill. Your loss.

We walk to the counter and the employee shouts We ain 't got no ice! . I said Okay. Then she says, we ain 't got no pickles . It appeared she didn 't want to be bothered by paying customers. By far the worst Wendy 's I 've ever visited. Avoid this establishment.

An addendum to my mobile order post about waiting in line anyhow: My fries were cold and I was refused fresh fries. Customer service is dead here.
