Taco Bell - Fort Worth

I usually won't do fast food reviews, but when the experience is subpar, I definitely want to help people go the other way.As with most fast food places, especially on sycamore school road, the line was long, and the wait time is insane.The drive-thru employee wasn't rude or out of line during my experience. What struck a nerve with me was this. I placed my order at the menu board and waited in the insane line. When I finally got to the window, I had forgotten an item, which wouldn't have taken long to make. I made my request for the additional item. The drive-thru employee asked me to pay, exit, and come back through the line. I politely declined, found a substitute elsewhere, and took dinner home.The food was soggy and more salty than usual.Do not know if I'll be going back.

Not going to give it a lower rating , because the order was correct , and it was well prepared , the staff was doing all they could do , and were friendly , needs more workers. Long wait ,Food: 5/5

I ordered online and tried this place twice first time they gave me the wrong drink wrong sauce and missing a burrito the 2nd time they got the wrong drink and wrong taco. I love taco bell but this location just didn't have it going onFood: 4/5

They didn’t have anything on the menu here (no volcano tacos, nacho fries or Doritos locos), when I just went to a Taco Bell down the street just two days ago and they had a full menu. Not to mention the cashier was unknowledgeable and rude. Definitely not going to this location again. 1/10.Food: 1/5

Forgot a beefy 5 layer burrito and a soft taco on my larger order. Didn't add any of the extras I paid for onto the food I did get. Only 3 people in the store getting food, so im not sure why my order was so inaccurate.
