Bidrage med feedbackThe staff was friendly, but I had to get a refund for the coffee I ordered at the kiosk because it wasn't good. The manager kindly explained this to me. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained. My only issue was finding a hair on my tomatoes and only a small piece of bacon. It was a bit annoying, but not enough for me to complain. I still enjoyed my burger because Steak n Shake makes my favorite burgers.
It's got the new structure. The Diner Appell. Now it's a sterile futuristic self-service counter. All you need is the robot cook and you have no human interaction at all. This is a dying chain, I expect them to be out of operation next year. Who came together with this concept destroyed a franchise and all my good memories of Steak and Shake.
Would definitely not return. I got extra stuff like relish and bacon and neither were on the burger and on top of that I waited about 15-20 minutes and when I asked where my food was they had left it on the counter and never called my number. Not worth the
I visited this restaurant twice, hoping to give them another chance after having cold and unpleasant food the first time. On my last visit, there was only one car in front of me at 11:00am, but it took a very long time in the drive-thru line. The shakes were not worth the price. Unfortunately, they have lost me as a customer.
I ordered a hot dog meal for my granddaughter at this restaurant, and it was good. The fries were also tasty. However, we did not receive any ketchup with our order. We waited for about 15 minutes in the drive-thru and no one came back to assist us. Eventually, my husband saw a lady and asked her for ketchup. She handed us one packet, but when I requested more, she gave us another one in a very unpleasant manner and quickly closed her window. I don't think I will be returning to this restaurant. We are paying customers and expect better service. If you do not enjoy working there, perhaps it is best to find another job.
