Pollo Regio - Fort Worth

I visited this restaurant today and was pleasantly surprised by the friendly staff at the cashier. And as for the food...it was the best chicken I have ever tasted. I may have to take some to go for later!

The Mexican rice at this restaurant was the best I've ever had - seriously, 5 stars for the rice! However, the fajitas and beans lacked flavor. Overall, I would give this restaurant a three-star rating, but the rice alone deserves a five-star rating.

I also had half a chicken, and everyone at the restaurant was very welcoming and kind. The fresh chicken had an amazing taste, and the rice and beans were the best I've ever had! I will definitely be coming back!

Beat or miss depending on the employee. I love the salad and if I want something harder, then Nachos will do. Half and whole chicken meal is delicious and beans are dying. I gave this place 3 stars because the last few times the chicken in my salad always dry, not fresh, and saw microwave.

Happy mothers day every one. Any way I go 5o this restaurant. I'm feeling good and looking good. I love the chicken its awsome. But the customer service was awful to me African American but great towards the Spanish. I didn't even recieve eye contact by the female employees. I was just waiting and waiting. Finally a young Spanish girl came in and clocked in I gave her my reciet and let her know I been waiting. She made my order and apologized all the while the two older women that was there still wouldn't look up and even acknowledge I was there. I understand... but my money spends too. If not put a sign that says no blacks allowed or something. It don't make sense to treat a person like that
