Newk's Eatery - Fort Worth

I really enjoy this restaurant because the food is so tasty, but the customer service is lacking. I visit this place at least three times a week to get takeout for my young child, but every time I try to call in an order, no one picks up the phone. Additionally, I've noticed that they often overcharge. One of the cashiers was even rude to my older daughter the other day, thankfully I was in the car at the time or I would have said something about it.

The food at Newk's is consistently fresh and delicious! We enjoy visiting for lunch, especially on Sundays!

I go into newk's eatery and place a to go order. I ordered soup and a salad. I asked to have chicken added to my salad. So I checked my salad no chicken. So I said tothe girl working at the register, I did not get my chicken for my salad. So I got lunch meat instead of grilled chicken the girl tells me they're restocking, after I look at it. Had I not checked my order I would have got no chicken I am displeased I really like Newks food.
