Mcdonald's - Fort Worth

Very satisfying visit this morning. I completely messed up my order and an employee actually caught it and corrected it without hesitation. The manager caught the price difference and promptly gave me a refund of the difference. Usually you hear horror stories of fast food but here is a positive one. Good job whoever you are! Great service!

Employee was styling her hair upfront with no gloves on. Never stopped and washed her hands nor did she use hand sanitizer after. Waited on the next customer like nothing.

So today I came to buy some food for my daughters got a happy meal n big mac paid with a $100 dollar bill I didn't pay attention to the change I was given till I got home n looked at my receipt n it said I payed with $50.I went back to the store spoke with an employee she asked me if it was thru the drive thru i said yes she goes to the back I was told she was counting the cash drawer from the back... minutes later comes back and says that there aren't any extra 50 dollars in the drawer I said of course who ever was back there must of taking it... she said that she was sorry that this happened and for me to come back tomorrow and talk to the manager. People check your receipt and change given back to you before you leave the McDonald's

It's a little annoying if you have something in mind that you want and you say the machine doesn't work the ice machine that is. Break the machines often or are they difficult to clean foods: 3/5

These people was so rude, when I asked him what his name was she said she didn’t know his name and he wouldn’t give me his name. In the end they didn’t have what I ordered and I just ask for my money back. The crew at this location is horrible and I want ever go back. Another time I waited 15 minutes for my order to fine out they didn’t fix it, again ask for my money back.
