Luigi's Italian - Fort Worth

The place was very dark inside and illuminated with what looked like Christmas lights attached to the ceiling tiles, they brought a table lamp for us to see the menu with. You have no lunch menu, and the chicken picata at $17.99 is like 5 bux more than you would pay for dinner in an average neighborhood pizzarea. The food was contaminated overall and served on aluminium trays for din in service.

Overall good food and big portion sizes. Business has become more take out since 2020. Waitstaff was kind. Atmosphere/lighting is bit too dark but a good place for dinner

Okay THIS PLACE. So good!! Late night and fresh food!! Hard to find!! The spaghetti and lasagna are great. But my go to is the Alfredo with sausage and mushrooms. Delicious. Thank you so much for the meal and good service!

The young lady that took my order was really nice. The pizza was decent. Unfortunately I couldn?t finish the pizza after realizing a piece of hair was cooked in the cheese. Thinking back on it makes me cringe but that?s the risk you take these days. Taking a break from restaurants after this one.

Luigis was the worst part of my Friday and that says a lot. Today they offer a buy one to get a free offer for selected entrees. When ordering online for delivery, online checkout did not apply for the discount. I called to see how the discount is applied and they informed me that they automatically add the free meal to my order. Of course, as I imagined from a place that looks like, they didn't give me the duck I just called to see how to get. I called back when the food came too late for 45 minutes and the same woman I spoke with tried to tell me that I heard it wrong. She said there was nothing she would do. I understand the food was free, but because Luigi said we had it, we didn't order another meal and one of us must go without lunch. Terrible service, sup-par food, and hardly can even be considered traditional.
