Jack In The Box - Fort Worth

This JnB has the best late night staff. They are friendly, usually pretty fast and I've never had an issue with accuracy. I get what I pay for there. I sometimes go out of my way to stop there because I prefer that location. Like them for their food served fresh hot and their late night crew that always delivers with a smile!

Man if i could leave zero stars i wouldwe ordered three burgers, two tacos, tiny tacos and curly fries. they couldnt even get that right. they didnt give us two of our burgers and a taco. our food was cold and the woman over the mic was incredibly rudethey didnt even give us a receipt and trying to get our missing food was such a hassle, it really wasnt worth it. whoever owns this joint needs to get their employees in order because they give attitude when you complain about their constant screw ups.i will never come here again and whoever is reading this, choose another location or go eat somewhere else.

Waited in the drive thru for over 30 minutes only to be told that the were closed, suppose to be open for another hour!

Fucn jack n the box in the city nobody wants to never work that eating is not good. if you are not open atleast have a sign in the thru-menu running gear only havin people sitting there to order them system always down at 8pm and they close at 12 o'clock or take to open 24/7. it happened before covid. they disobey as **** no maniacs rude like the hell to the customers and it's been serious for 8 years, just closing the dam shop like huhn express turns into something else. they literally make that they want to hurt them. cooperation does not even care to fix the problem.

Wanted some tacos at 10:30pm and when I get there, there is a car blocking the drive-thru and it looked like it was done on purpose. Every time I visit this location it's always something wrong, either the ice cream machine is down or its burgers only or it's close when it says it's open 24 hours.
