Jack In The Box - Fort Worth

Recently the services from a lady at the drive thru at night named shamikia been having problems with taking our orders and getting it correctly ?? she couldn’t hear what we were trying to order twice when we come here. on two recent visits, she told us to pull up to the window after she took a long time to finish taking our order on the first visit then the second visit, she took so long to finish taking our order again so at this point idk what was she’s trying to do but I got frustrated and told my brothers we’re not coming back to this jack in the box smh ??‍ No welcoming services at all!!

The Latino Hispanic and ladies in the Drive-Thru rush you after drive-thru so fast I understand the driveway has a move in a timely manner but they always leave things out of my order and I keep having to go back to get them to complete my order I keep receiving incomplete orders in the Drive-Thru I do not recommend to go to this place

This location promotes that it is open 24/7. Every day I come here before I go in to work at 6:30 and depending on who is working that day determines whether or not I am able to place an order. There are obviously people inside because I can see them but they ignore you as if you were not there. Looks like I am going to have to find a new place to eat breakfast. Not to mention there were 3 other cars wanting to get breakfast. We all left and went to Mcdonalds. I would give 0 stars if I could.
