Dixie House Cafe - Fort Worth

We enjoying going here. The service is always tip top. Food is great. Even the people who go here are friendly. It's almost like going to grandmas for Sunday dinner but it's not free.

Our waitress was amazing. The place doesn't look to appealing from the outside, but the food was really good. I also appreciated the family feel it gives.

Roast was ok. Potatoes had 2 tiny little pieces the carrotts were huge and way to many. Waited forever to check out and waited 20 min for someone to come charge me for pie to go then another 10 mon to gather my pie. Server nice and came and checked back and got me a free side of mashed potatoes when i asked to order a side of mashed.

This place is a smaller, no frills restaurant with a relaxed atmosphere that serves up Southern-style cuisine. The food is tasty enough, reasonably priced, and served by relatively pleasant waiters and waitresses. Breakfast is served all day. If you are looking for country-style food in an informal setting, this is the place for you.

The meatloaf was very tasty. It was the green beans that were the best. If I knew how they were prepared I'd eat them that way every time!
