Coco Shrimp - Fort Worth

Food is freaking outstanding and fresh. The service is nice and friendly. The restaurant is a mix of to go orders and dine in. They used to have a lot of plants, but they're gone. I guess people bumped into them and killed them off. Last night I ate here with my family. They close at 9pm and we got there at 8pm(due to scheduling conflicts). In the middle of our meal, the staff decided to drag the metal chairs across the floor and stack the loudly. It was shockingly LOUD and jarring. If you have any auditory issues, don't go near closing. I get it, they wanted to go home early, but don't advertise a 9pm CLOSE if you start putting chairs away at 8:15pm. That's a bad business practice.

I wish I would have come her sooner. The ambience is super relaxed, staff friendly and the food is simply amazing. Definitely a family favorite.

Shrimp is yummy, not greasy. The tacos with rice are the best! Love this place! Ambiance does remind me of Oahu.

This place is seriously one of the best shrimp in the area. I always take folks there when they come to visit. There are several new locations popping up and I am happy for them. I was not a fan of coconut so I did not like coconut shrimp until I ate it here. Their coconut shrimp is the only coconut shrimp that I eat. The garlic butter and spicy shrimp as good as well but the coco shrimp is my go to. The butter rice is fantastic and even better when you mix in the sweet chili dipping sauce! I cannot say enough good things about this place.

I'd give those 3.5 out of 5. Coco shrimp is always great but the 6 shrimp ratio to a lot of rice is just not enough. Taste wise it's always a 5 but I always feel like I'm paying for a bunch of rice :
