Definitiw an exhausting experience, but in a very cool atmosphere. the food was top notch. I had a steak and it was perfectly cooked. the cut was high quality, he had no tendencies or grinning. I must say the Mac-n cheese was not as cheesy as it could be, but they can say that the hand pasta made! it's not less delicious. I'm not a bourbon drinker, but what the chef drinks is a good drink. very expensive, but worth the money. our waiter, brent, was excellent. amazing service. I wonder what the next thing I can use as an excuse to go back.

--- We had a wonderful experience at this stylish and comfortable restaurant located on White Settlement Road, conveniently close to the vibrant W7th area but just far enough away to enjoy a more relaxed atmosphere. We were seated promptly, and our server was both efficient and charming. He gave us a great introduction to the restaurant's concept, which focuses on fresh, seasonal ingredients that are locally sourced. The cocktail menu was creative, and the bartender perfectly understood my request for a very dry martini with a twist. The wine list was user-friendly, extensive enough to satisfy most palates without being overwhelming. The food was incredible. The arancini with green twill pesto was delightfully fresh, and the pesto had a unique flavor that I hadn't experienced before. Paige's bone marrow appetizer was exquisite, while my mussels were tender and flavorful, featuring homemade speck in the broth. Maggie's spinach salad was well-executed, featuring ample lardons and a perfectly poached egg. For our main courses, everything was spot-on. Paige enjoyed a porterhouse pork chop that was incredibly tender, flavorful, and complemented by a rich cream and tomato sauce. Maggie's pasta dish came with both beef and veal meatballs, which were clearly homemade. My duck breast was cooked to perfection, served alongside fingerling potatoes, corn, and a grilled zucchini relish. Perhaps the highlight of the evening was our attentive server, who truly went the extra mile for us. I can't recommend this restaurant highly enough! The service was exceptional—truly amazing! My wife started with the watermelon and heirloom tomato salad, and she absolutely loved it. I opted for the bone marrow, which I enjoyed even more. For her main course, she had a steak that was cooked to perfection, while I chose the offal, which was even better. We rounded off our meal by sharing the coconut cream pie for dessert, and I also had a mezcal cocktail, which was delightful. Everything was fantastic!

For dinner, we had the fresh catch, grilled duck, pork chop, and the chef's recommended cut, which was the beef alongside a swirl of sauce—fantastic!
