I’ve always loved this location and do plan on coming back. :)I’ve always have a great experience at this location, but the last time I went, somehow my $12 order got combined with someone else’s $26 order, leading to me being charged $38. I didn’t realize the mistake since I ordered paid on the app, so I grabbed the food in the drive thru and drove home. I called the restaurant after I noticed, and the worker said he couldn’t do a refund over the phone but said he could reimburse me with Rewards points, and that I would see the points later that day. I agreed. No points. I then called customer support, and the rep said she’ll submit the case to have the manager of the store reach out to me since “only store managers can offer refunds”, and that it could take a few days to hear back. It’s been 9 days and no refund nor rewards points. Feels like I’m being ignored, and it doesn’t feel great.
We had an order for five and CFA did not take the time to ensure the order was complete. The buns were soggy and drinks had no ice. I was mostly disappointed that when I called to speak to the operator, I was told he may or may not call me back…..seriously, at a CFA?The manager on duty did replace some rewards in my account, but honestly I didn’t get a sense that he cared, and based on what he told me about the operator, maybe it starts at the top. I’ll just go to a different CFA next time!
My service was horrible from the manager Hunter his disrespectful employee that works the drive thru! I clearly stated a problem to Hunter on how his employee treated me my family just to drive off see him and that same disrespectful employee laughing it off around the corner like everything is a game! I thought Chick Fil A was christian based ?! Well what the both of you did isn’t very christian at all!!!! Shame on you Hunter for having POOR Servant Leader Mentality…i guess your salary has gotten over your head!!
BEST CHICK-FIL-A ever! They have excellent customer service. The drive thru is quick and inside is always clean!
