Café Modern - Fort Worth

Our entree, Burnt ends of beef, gnocchi, and Bolognese sauce with whipped ricotta, was full of flavors. But our dessert, pistachio profiteroles, was absolutely fabulous! Each bite offered a different combination of tastes.

It was louder than I expected but not too loud to converse. Crackers/bread was not offered with our chicken Ceasar Salad. The **** mary was quite good.

The noise and busyness of the lunch time made it a bit less enjoyable for the price. Our server was somewhat slow in bringing our check, because she was so, busy, I think. My gues said her cauliflower wasn’t cooked as thoroughly as expected, but I enjoyed my hummus appetizer. Overall the experience was ok and won’t stop me from returning.

We always enjoy our visits to Cafe Modern and this was no exception. The food was great, there were lots of options on the menu, and the service was great. We had a table by the window and enjoyed the view. It was a lovely, leisurely lunch. Go! Enjoy it!
