Dong Bang - Fort Lee

Party of 4 this past Sat. Tried to order the clams and spinach in miso broth. Waitress said something like number and pointing at the menu, but there were no numbers on the menu. I showed her what I wanted, but she kept saying something unintelligible, partly because was wearing mask. I kept saying I don 't understand but she just kept repeating the same thing. This went on for several minutes. No one else could understand her either. I didn 't even know if it was a question or statement. She wouldn 't drop the mask. I just stopped responding. I thought I might not get served, but it did come out. Won 't be back. Also, I had to park and retrieve my car as valet said he didn 't know how to drive it.

We stopped going there bc their Side Dishes Banchan) are NOT that good anymore.

Food is good but portion is way too small for $50 price. Too expensive, service is ok, the person who did bbq for us didn’t even tell us when meat is ready. Won’t return.

Food was really good and so was service specifically James was so nice and helpful

Very attentive and personable staff! Waiter James was very caring. I got a sizzling galbi dolsot and Gimchi soup combo (only 26$ and the beef was high quality was and soup was authentic. The side dishes are tasty. It seems a great spot for groups. Staff explains the nutrients of the dishes as well.
