Papa Johns Pizza

Placed a delivery order at 7:06 pm, said 41 minutes delivery time 8:06pm no pizza no contact so I tried calling no answer for 45 minutes finally had to cook for my kids who were starving. No contact from management no food no class. Very disappointing

Lesley, Amanda , and entire staff is an example of the what every customer should expect when visiting any business. *Friendly *Respectful *Patient *Professional Its not easy dealing with customers all day/night but you folks make it look easy. Good job

The pizza and service here was fine, however I felt inclined to give a two star rating because they didn’t provide information about the specials they currently have. I ordered 2 large one topping pizzas, which totaled $64. Upon arriving I see that there is a deal for 2 large pizzas for less than $35. I understand that it’s my responsibility to know but they should’ve made an effort to inform me as well. The same way they tried to upsell me drinks and desserts, is the same way I’d like to be informed about deals. It’s simply bad business.

Seriously, 10 minutes and my order was done! It took longer for me to order than for my food to be prepared. Great service also

If I order one pizza, it is always the works! I ordered from different locations on this island but for some reason Waipahu location is my favorite. The staff was in general friendly and nice at any location but the taste of pizza from Waipahu location is my favorite. I think the sweetness of the sauce and how inviting the pizza look like, made us eating couple of slices after we open up the box on the trunk of the car. We were so embarrassed that we had a friend over and we barely left him two slices to share. It was yummy! Thank you Papa Jones Waipahu!
