Gyu-kaku Honolulu, Hi Waikiki

We booked in advance and once we showed up they put our family of 3 on the bar while there were other tables available. We requested to move to table and the manager indicated that that hat was not possible. We simply got up and left and we searched to find a dining establishment on the 2nd of January in Waikiki which is almost nearly impossible. I will never go to this restaurant again and shame on the manager to not accommodate our request.

Good experience, food was great and the server was helpful in recommending some food. We enjoyed cooking ourselves on the middle and got a good amount of food!

Valentine's Day Dinner at our first night in Honolulu. The service was excellent and very attentive. The food was really good. Prepared dishes arrived quickly and the meeting for self-preparation was well presented with beautiful marinades. If something, we are overrated and we are absolutely filled by the end of the meal. We skipped the dessert with our meal because we couldn't eat anymore. Thanks for a funny night!

Very good food. Large parts. Friendly good service. My wife doesn't use tups, they had plastic forks. Restaurant is old and worn, but clean. Good value for Japanese food in Honolulu. I'd eat there again. Bring your own cutlery!

Came here with my family during a stay cation in Waikiki. Overall, it was a good experience. We had a late reservation until we got here, Toro beef has already been sold out (this is my favorite! .
