Great Service. Cool plce for a Friday night. Music is nice. Food is really good, I always get gyosas (best in town) and also get the hamachi tiradito!!! Always try a new roll. They are all good and the rice is amazing.

We had not been to The Grove in a couple of years after our son’s graduation from UM. So this was our first time checking out Varsol. What a discovery! The roll that my son got was twice the size of one he got at a local place nearby and was much cheaper. Incredible quality and the prices are amazing! It looks like a tiny little spot from the front but don’t be fooled. It opens up into a pretty large place with a very cool vibe. And our servers were amazing…we waited less than 3 minutes for our food on a busy Friday night. This is our new favorite spot and will be a stop every time we are back in town.

Nice place-service great sushi great. steak teriyaki arrived cold. It’s just ok I stop short of recommending.

Had an amazing dinner here. Wish we had tried it sooner. The crispy rice tuna appetizer is as good as everyone says. I also loved the Alex #2 roll. The dining room looks small from the outside but it’s actually very nice and roomy once you walk inside and has cool skylights that provide natural light. Will be back soon with friends!

Hands down the best sangria in Miami! Their sushi is so fresh and the flavors innovative. The salmon belly appetizer absolutely melts in your mouth while the hamachi crudo is so refreshing. Don’t miss out on the Tara’s tuna as well.
