Bidrage med feedbackSomeone save this restaurant from itself!I’ve been a fan of this pizza and the hoagies since its inception (way back when they were slinging pizza outta Brad Kilgores closed joint in the design district during covid . Imagine my excitement when they opened their own brick and mortar! I was one of the first in the door! However, since they opened I’ve seen the service fall off as each month passes. The food remains excellent and I’ve told SO MANY about it, but I’m now hesitant to recommend it to anyone based solely on the service… or lack thereof.Whether it be forgotten items, items coming out of the kitchen in the wrong order (pizza first, salad next, then an app , items forgotten totally (intentionally mentioned twice , or the unnecessarily long time it takes to order (I’m all for friendliness, but there’s a limit when we’re hungry! .I love this place, and its story, so it absolutely crushes me to see review after review call out the poor service. I’d happily pay the prices they command, if the service was up to par.Someone, PLEASE, save this place from itself.
A must try if you are a pizza lover. This pizza is very tasty, you can tell the owner Greg has a true passion for pizza. Highly recommend this spot!!! (I ordered a classic cheese pizza)
I ordered through Uber eats. So I didn't get the full restaurant experience. But. The sandwich is very Bread heavy if that makes sense like the bread that they chose is super thick compared to the amount of chicken that they actually give you. Putting whole peppercorn on a sandwich is never a pleasant bite and they charge four dollars for a 4 ounce portion of extra Caesar dressing, once I measured it straight out of the container I had been charged four dollars for a single tablespoon of Caesar dressing. I feel that the bread that they used to execute the sandwich could be a little softer to the bite, and overall the chicken Caesar sandwich is not worth the 20 something dollars they charge. I ended up not eating more than two bites of the bread and the amount of chicken that was on my sandwich probably equaled one very small cutlet, which I believe is a butterflied breast? The lettuce had no Chris whatsoever and I understand that they had put dressing on it but it seems like it's been sitting in dressing for a couple of days or something. The dressing itself was really good though but... Not very satisfied... at all.It also really realllly upset my stomach this morning.
Delicious farm to table style fresh pizza and salads. Expensive for pizza but it’s top quality and it is Miami after all. Good option for dairy
While the pizza was indeed tasty, the service and overall management of the place were nothing short of disappointing.Firstly, their website and front door clearly stated that they were open at 2 PM on weekends. Excited to try their food, I arrived promptly at 2 PM, only to be informed by a lady that they would open at 2:30 PM. I pointed out that their door and website both stated 2 PM, to which she replied, It 's on our Instagram. I don 't have Instagram, so I had no way of knowing this. I reluctantly agreed to return in 30 minutes.I returned at 2:30 PM, only to find a handwritten sign stating they would open at 2:45 PM. At this point, my patience was wearing thin, but I decided to wait. They finally unlocked their doors at 2:50 PM. What 's more frustrating is that the lady who initially told me 2:30 didn 't even apologize for the inaccurate information. As a first-time visitor, I expected some guidance on how things worked. Unfortunately, there was none. I took a seat at a table, assuming someone would take my order, only to be informed by a fellow customer that I needed to wait in a line that had formed near the counter. I initially thought this was the takeout line, but it turns out it was where you placed your order. The lack of clear instructions was bewildering. The service overall left much to be desired, and it 's clear that the staff needs better training and communication. It 's disappointing, especially considering the prices aren 't cheap. However, where this place excels is in the pizza department. The pizza was undeniably delicious, which is the only reason I 'm giving it two stars instead of one. If you 're willing to endure the poor service for the sake of great pizza, this might be worth a visit. But be prepared for a frustrating experience overall.
