Starbucks - Firestone

If I occasionally stop and get Starbucks after I get some food, I'm always happy when I see Jocelyn working on the switch. She's very personal, I'm pretty uncomfortable, but she always lets me see. Coffee is also a great advantage!

I came in earlier today and that was my first time in a starbucks and ordered for my friends and I had no idea what the drinks were. These two wonderful women (Alex Bailey... I think these were their names helped me understand what the drinks were and what was in them. Also offer alternative milk. They also provided a fast service. I was really impressed. I'll be back to 100%. I hope the rest of the staff is as friendly as these two:

Had an icey coffee with sugar-free vanilla and heavy cream.. Very good and the ladies were quick and friendly.

I was very glad that the staff helped me drink a steamer for my grandson who would be a nice temperature for him (not too hot but nice warm). Very friendly and helpful service and beautiful seating.

I ALWAYS have great service here. They're fast, happy, and always willing to talk while they fix up your order. They're quick to help with questions and suggestions, and they've never gotten my order wrong. I love this place. The staff here is excellent.
